  • You must confirm our login attempt if you use a Google or a Facebook account for your login:
    • When using a Google account, you’ll have to click on the number displayed on your phone
    • When using a Facebook account, we’ll need a code that will be sent to your phone number
    • You must provide us a screenshot once the order is set.
    • Confirm you got what you paid for before the team will close the ticket.

Cool Down rules

Actions that WILL trigger cooldown

  • Throwing a ball on a wild or raid Pokémon (regardless if you catch/hit) the Pokémon or not)
  • Battle in a gym
  • Placing Pokémon in a gym
  • Use a berry on a nearby Pokémon in a gym
  • Spinning a Pokéstop or a gym

Actions that will NOT trigger cooldowns

  • Defeating a Team Rocket grunt/leader without trying to catch the Pokémon
  • Hatching/Incubating eggs
  • Moving/Teleporting
  • Trading Pokémon
  • Evolving/Powering up Pokémon
  • Using inventory items on Pokémon
  • Clicking on wild encounters
  • Finishing a raid without catching or using a berry on the encounter (Useful for speed raiding, remember not to be on cooldown when you start)
  • Remotely feeding berries to Gym Pokémon
  • Catch/Feed a PVP/quest reward Pokémon
  • Receiving quest rewards
  • Sending or receiving gifts
  • PVP of any sort (against other trainers, in go battle league, against team leaders)
